Malky Mackay Appointed As New Ross County Boss.

Mackay is one of the most high profile managers in the history of Ross County. 

He has led big teams to promotion to top leagues. 

Mackay replaces John Hughes as boss. 

Mackay had a very successful spell as manager of Cardiff City of Wales.

Mackay will be targeting success at the big Highland side,  

Mackay played for Glasgow Celtic and Scotland as a player. As a player he won the Scottish Premier, 

MacKay was also employed by the Scottish FA for a few years, 

Ross County are a very successful club with 2 Scottish second tier titles, 1 Scottish third tier title and 1 Scottish fourth tier title. They have also won 3 Scottish Highland Leagues, 1 Scottish League Cup, and 3 Scottish Challenge Cups. 

Ross County are the big rivals of Inverness Caledonian Thistle, 

Ross County have so far not qualified for UEFA competition,. But Ross County did win the cross border Scottish Challenge Cup in 2019.
