Duffy Leaves Dumbarton.

Jim Duffy has left his job as manager of the great historic Scottish side Dumbarton FC. 

He was manager from 2018 until this year.

He managed to get the club free of relegation, via a play-off final against Edinburgh City. 

Dumbarton will remain in the Scottish League One. 

Jim Duffy played for Glasgow Celtic, Dundee, Morton and Partick Thistle as a player. 

He has also has spells as manger of Dundee, and Hibernian. 

Dumbarton FC have a proud history with the team having won 2 Scottish titles, and one Scottish FA Cup, in the 19th Century. Dumbarton also managed to reach another 5 Scottish Cup Finals in the 19th century. Plus they recently reached the final of the Scottish Challenge Cup in 2018.
