I loved this film. It was a modern film. But it was like a screwball comedy from the thirties.
It is a 2004 political romantic comedy film.
It Starred Ray Romano, Gene Hackman, Reagan Pasternak. Marcia Gay Harden, Maura Tierney, Fred Savage, Christine Baranski and Rip Torn.
In the film a popular retired USA President moves to a town where he is forced to run for mayor, then
discovers he has an opponent in a popular tradesman. They vie for the love
of a young woman. Wonderful movie. Funny and charming.
