How about a 14, 10, 10, 10 re-organisation for Scottish football?
That way Inverness CT, and Dundee United could be promoted to the Premier, with no teams relegated. And we would not need to relegate any teams from the Premier. So Hearts and Hamilton would not be relegated.
Each league would need no relegation, and two teams would be promoted into each division. Plus Brora Rangers and Kelty Hearts could be promoted from the Highland and Lowland Leagues into the League Two.
The Scottish Premier could be a 14 team league, with each teams playing each other twice then splitting into two groups of seven. Each team in each group would then play each other home and away. That adds up to 38 games a season, so no change for the sides in the Premier.
That solves all the problems.
