How About A Scotland - Norway Cup?

How about the top division sides of the Scottish and Norwegian leagues play in a cross border cup?

It would be a top quality football, between the North Sea rivals. 

It could be a straight knockout cup replacing the Scottish League Cup.

Scotland has been allowed to have sides from other countries in the Scottish Challenge Cup. So how about a cross border cup between Scottish clubs and Norwegian sides.

Scotland could offer games for Norwegian sides against sides like Glasgow Celtic, Glasgow Rangers, Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs and Dundee United.

Norway has some massive sides.

It would a simple knockout cup leading to a two leg final.   

It would be cool. I think.
