I am listing here the number of times in each decade Glasgow Rangers have been winners and runners-up in Scottish top tier titles, Scottish Cups, Scottish League Cups, and the European trophies, that includes the European Cup, European Cup Winners Cup, UEFA CUP, the European Super Cup, the Europa League and Europa Conference League.

So Glasgow Rangers most successful decade for winning top tier trophies was the 1990s, where they won 18 trophies. 

In the 1930s, 1960s and 1970s Rangers won 12 top tier trophies in each decade. Making them the equal second most successful decades. 

The decade for most runners-up spots was the 1960s with 10 runners-up spots. 

So Glasgow Rangers worst decade for winning trophies and being runners-up was the 1880s where they won no national trophies and were runners-up in no national trophies.
