Ronan gave St Mirren an early lead.
Roofe and Morelos replied for Rangers before half-time.
There were no goals in the second half.
It was a strong win for Glasgow Rangers.
Glasgow Rangers are now top of the league. They are 3 points clear of Hearts and Dundee United.
