Watson scored for East Stirling in the game.
The game was played in Airdrie, Scotland.
Other results in the Scottish Lowland League on Friday saw Gala Fairydean Rovers win 3-0 away from home against Broomhill.
Plus Bo'ness United defeated Civil Service Strollers 3-1 at home.
Celtic B will need to improve their results to win the Lowland League title.
