Would Celtic and Rangers Join The MLS?

Would Celtic and Rangers Join The MLS? 

I have often talked about Scottish clubs playing American clubs in a cross border trophy. 

But would Celtic and Rangers ever join the MLS? The MLS is played between USA and Canadian sides. 

If Celtic and Rangers joined the MLS. they would have tough travel. But I suppose they could travel to North America and then play lots of their away games on the trip. Then play lots of home games back home in the same period of the season. 

They would need to meet the financial and player draft systems in American sports. 

Imagine games like New York v Celtic or Toronto v Glasgow Rangers. 

Or if other big Scottish sides joined there could be games like Aberdeen v Dallas, Hibernian v Inter Miami, Dundee United v LA Galaxy and Vancouver v Heart of Midlothian.
