Isaksen scored the goal for Denmark.
It is a blow for the Scottish team in the quest to qualify for the 2023 Under 21 European Championships.
Other notable results in qualifying saw Germany U21 defeat Israel U21 by 3 goals to two.
Another notable result saw Portugal U21 defeat Liechtenstein U21 by 11-0.
