Scottish Premier side Dundee United have defeated Brechin City of the Scottish Highland League by four goals to one, in a pre-season friendly match.
Davidson scored for Brechin City.
While Clark scored three times, and Pawlett scored once for Dundee United.
Pre-season friendlies are unpopular with some people.
Dundee United are preparing for a game against Kelty Hearts in the Scottish League Cup.
This should be a good match to preapre for a top side like newly promoted Kelty Hearts.
Brechin City are targeting a return to the SPFL, from the Highland League.
