He has managed at Pozuelo Alarcón, Rayo Vallecano Femenino, Arsenal Women, and Bordeaux (women).
He has also been a coach at Western New York Flash
He won the Spanish Cup, and 3 league titles at Rayo Vallecano Femenino, in the ladies game,
At Arsenal he won a FA Cup and League Cup in the ladies game.
He has a wealth of success and experience.
He should do a good job at the Scotland ladies team.
I hope he does well.
