I Would Like A Extra Cross Border Trophy For Scottish Soccer

I Would Like A Extra  Cross Border Trophy For Scottish Soccer.

I want the Scottish soccer system to be strong. So I would love Scotland to continue to have a strong league. But I also want on top of domestic and European soccer, to have an extra series of cross border cup trophies.

So on top of the Scottish Premiership, Scottish Cup, and Scottish League Cup. And on top of European soccer. I would love Scottish clubs to have extra cross border trophies with teams from other countries. We could cut down on the number of games in the league, by having a 16 team Premiership, of 30 games a season.

This could open up the season to extra matches. So matches against teams from nearby countries or even far away countries.

Countries in Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, could give Scottish clubs a test.

It would have to be serious trophies. I am not talking about mini-tournaments or friendlies, or non-competitive trophies.

I am talking about serious competitive trophies that have the same status as domestic or European trophies,

I would love more cross border games for teams like Aberdeen, Glasgow Celtic, Glasgow Rangers, Dundee United, Heart of Midlothian, Hibernian, Motherwell, Dundee, Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Cove Rangers, Ross County, and Falkirk, and every other Scottish side.

I would love cross border trophies all the way down the levels.

Obviously the top teams could travel further,.

I think cross border trophies allow local and national rivalry.

I love cross border matches.
