This could be done at professional, amateur, male, and female golf. Even at different age ranges.

I would like a Celtic Nations Golf Team of composite nations like they have the British and Irish Lions at rugby union, and the West Indies at cricket.

A Celtic Nations Golf Team could play major nations like the USA, England, Australia, South Africa, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Italy, France, and Germany.

There could be a challenge of the Celtic Nations v the USA, or England.

Scotland is the home of golf. And Scotland would often produce some top players for a Celtic Nations Golf Team.
