Scottish Highland Derby April 2021 

There is a big derby coming up in the Scottish FA Cup. 

The Highland Derby is the name of the derby between Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Ross County. Although there are Highland derbies in the Highland League all the time. But you could say that about alt of derbies. 

For instance the Edinburgh Derby is seen as Hearts v Hibs. But Edinburgh City and other Edinburgh sides could contest an Edinburgh derby. 

Elgin City, and Peterhead could contest Highland derbies, considering they used to play in the Highland League. 

The big Highland Derby coming up is a Scottish FA Cup game that is Ross County v Inverness Caledonian Thistle. It will be played on April 2nd 2021. 

Ross County will be favourites for the game as they are a Scottish Premier side. While ICT are in the Scottish Championship. 

The teams have a long history against each other. In their history, they have played each other in the league, the Scottish FA Cup, the Scottish League Cup, and the Scottish Challenge Cup. 

It would be good if they could play each other in a neutral venue some time. Maybe in a Scottish domestic cup semi-final or final. 

Both teams will be up for the game. It is an intense rivalry.
