My idea is that nations that have a football team playing in a foreign league, and still have their own national domestic league, could present an opportunity for a Super Cup.

For instance. 

A Jersey Super Cup - It could be played between the domestic Jersey champions, against the Jersey Bulls, who play in the English leagues.

A Guernsey Super Cup, It could be played between the domestic Guernsey champions and Guernsey FC, who play in the English leagues.

Andorra Super Cup.

The domestic Andorran champions against the best Andorran side playing in the Spanish Leagues. 

New Zealand Super Cup.

Played between the champions of the New Zealand domestic league, and the best New Zealand side playing in the A-League. 

San Marino Super Cup.

The domestic national champions v the best San Marino side playing in the Italian Leagues. 

Brunei - The Brunei national domestic champions against the best side from Brunei playing in a foreign league. 

For each Super Cup;

This could be a final between two sides. It could be two-legged, or 1-legged. Played at a neutral venue or the stadium of a participating side.
