On February the 14th, Valentine's Day, there is an amazing coincidence.

Scotland will play England in men's rugby union, in Edinburgh, Scotland. In the famous trophy called the Calcutta Cup. 

While in India, on the same day, Scotland will play England in the Cricket Men's T20 World Cup, in the city of Kolkata.

Kolkata was known as Calcutta during the times of the British Empire.  

Is it amazing that there will be a Scotland versus England rugby union game in the Calcutta Cup, on the same day that Scotland play England in the city of Kolkata, at cricket. 

During the British Empire, the city then known to the the British, as Calcutta, was the de facto capital of India until 1911.
