 Cups With European And/Or Arabian And/Or African Sides - Soccer.

I am putting forward an ambitious idea. 

I am Scottish, and would love extra cross border cups on top of domestic, and UEFA trophies. 

My idea is for Scotland to look for cross-border cups, with teams from other countries.

This could be the best 4 or 6 Scottish clubs, playing elite sides from other European countries, or even Scottish sides playing sides from Northern Africa, like Moroccan, and Egyptian sides. Or clubs from the rest of Africa, from places like Nigeria, Cameroon, South Africa, DR Congo, and Kenya.  

This could be a European-African Super Cup. 

If the URC, in rugby union, can have Scottish, Welsh, Irish, and Italian sides playing sides from South Africa, then why not Scottish sides playing African club sides in a football club trophy also? 

European - African - Asian Cup. 

Also there could be Arabian sides from Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar, in a trophy. Creating a European - African - Arabian Cup. 

Or the Africans, and Arabians, could do a club trophy between clubs from Arabia and Africa? 

Or Scottish sides could play Arabian sides in a European - Arabian Super Cup. 

Names could include; 

African-Arabian Super Cup Of Football.

Atlantic League Cup – African-European Football Shield. 

Arabian-European Football Shield.  

Atlantic League Cup – African-European-Arabian Shield.

For Scottish clubs there could be games like;

Glasgow Celtic v Al-Hilal, Aberdeen v Orlando Pirates, Glasgow Rangers v Rivers United, Dundee United v Wydad AC, Al Ahly v Heart of Midlothian, Hibernian v Coton Sport, Motherwell v TP Mazembe, and Kilmarnock v Asante Kotoko.

Perhaps clubs from further east into Asia could take part, like clubs from India, or Nepal?  That would be a European-Asian Shield.

Perhaps a Super cup called the Scottish-Indian Super Cup? Perhaps, played between the champions of Scotland, and India?
