Borussia Dortmund Qualify For UEFA Champions League Final.
The German giants Borussia Dortmund have won the second leg of their Champions League semi-final tie with PSG 1-0, thanks to a goal by Hummels.
Borussia Dortmund won the first leg by 1-0 also. So this means that Borussia Dortmund have won 2-0 on aggregate against Paris St-Germain.
It means there will be at least one German side in the final of the UEFA Champions League.
