Rename the European Rugby Union Trophies European - African Trophies

Rename the European Rugby Union Trophies as European - African Trophies.

I think now that this season, South African teams are in the European Rugby Champions Cup, and the EPCR Challenge Cup. We should rename these trophies as the European - African Champions Cup, and EPCR European - African Challenge Cup.

Now that the United Rugby Championship has enabled South African sides to enter by qualification into the European tier one trophies, the trophies should be renamed to include Africa in the name. 

It is likely a South African side could win one of the trophies so the name of the trophy should reflect that.

I would also love it if North American sides joined the trophy. Rugby Union is big in Canada and the USA, so North American sides could be invited into the trophies to create, a European - North American - African Champions Cup. And  EPCR European - North American - African Challenge Cup. 

Scottish, Welsh, Irish. Italian, and South African sides already play in the United Rugby Championship. 

Maybe they could even invite Canadian and USA sides into an expanded United Rugby Championship?
