In the Oceania World Cup Qualifying, the Solomon Islands defeated the Cook Islands by two goals to zero, this week.
Atkin Kaua and Alwim Hou scored the Solomon Islands.
Members of FIFA in Oceania include; American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati1, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu. Australia used to be a member of the Oceania Football Confederation but now plays in the Asian Football Confederation.
