How About a Highland Super Cup?

How about the champions of the Scottish Highland League play the winners of the Highland League Cup at the start of each season in a new trophy called the Highland Super Cup? 

Many nations have Super Cups of the team winning the title playing the winners of the main domestic cup. The Highland League could do this also. 

The only two problems.

1)  When the same team win the title and cup. In this case the runners up in the Highland League could play the Highland League champions. 

2) The other issue, that further complicates it, is that the champions of the Highland League could have been promoted into the Scottish League. But in this case they could play fringe players in the Highland League Super Cup Final, Or an invited team could take part. Perhaps one of the Scottish League sides, in the Highland region,  could put forward an under 21 team to play in the Highland Super Cup final.
