Scottish Cup Semi Finals 2021
Two big games will arrive this weekend for semi-finals for the Scottish Cup.
The semi-final games will be between Dundee United V Hibernian,
Then St Mirren V St Johnstone.
The games will be exciting, high pressure, intense games. The winners of the Scottish Cup will qualify for Europe. Plus they will get this rare opportunity to win a major trophy. As the Old Firm normally win the major Scottish trophies.
It will be an exciting time for the participating sides.
The Scottish international currently playing for Motherwell in the Scottish Premier, has been linked with Aberdeen FC of the Scottish Premier.
The defender has played for Stranraer, Clyde, Dundee, Livingston and Motherwell.
He has also played for the Scottish international side.
The player has been linked with Aberdeen.
Declan Gallagher has won numerous trophies in his career. including the 2015 Scottish Challenge Cup for Livingston against Alloa Athletic.
Aberdeen are hoping to build a strong side for next season to challenge for trophies.
I Hope The Scottish Lowland League Accepts Old Firm Colt Teams.
It would be fun to have Glasgow Celtic, and Glasgow Rangers entering colt sides in the Scottish Lowland League. It would be a good league to develop future Scottish international players in.
The Lowland League is a high quality league.
Scottish players of a young age would get to develop against top quality players,
In Spain, Germany, Portugal, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, and other countries, the big teams are allowed to enter second teams in the lower leagues to help develop young players at a high standard of soccer.
The Lowland League is a competitive top quality league with top sides.
Allowing colt teams in the Lowland League would raise interest in the Lowland League, but more importantly it would be about young Scottish players at the Old Firm clubs, getting regular competitive football against tough sides.
This would really help the Scottish international side if it helps the Old Firm develop young players.
