Welsh Teams In English League Must Be Allowed In Europe Via Welsh League Cup.
The Welsh sides in the English League called Cardiff City, Wrexham, Newport County, Swansea City, and Merthyr Town should be allowed to qualify for Europe via the Welsh League Cup.
This would allow the biggest Welsh sides to represent Wales in UEFA trophies. This would massively help Welsh soccer in getting good results in Europe.
The British nations should help each other in their ability to perform in Europe.
If the English really want to help Welsh soccer, then allow Welsh sides in the English leagues to qualify for Europe, via the Welsh League Cup.
The English barely have to lift a finger to help Welsh football. This would also make the English league be better, if Welsh clubs in the English leagues get far in Europe.
Please help Welsh soccer do well. Please lift a finger to help Welsh soccer.
I do not support merging the leagues. But Welsh sides should be allowed to represent Wales in European trophies. With a bonus for Welsh sides in the English leagues.

Does Scottish Football Need To Develop More Top Scottish Managers?
I like having foreign managers in Scottish football. But Scotland does not seem to be developing so many great managers as it used to.
In the past there were great Scottish managers like Sir Alex Ferguson, Jock Stein, Walter Smith, Craig Brown, Jim McLean, Kenny Dalglish, George Graham, Matt Busby, and William Waddell to name a few.
David Moyes is managing at a high level. And has won a European trophy.
But few big jobs go to Scottish managers now.
Rangers and Celtic do not appoint Scottish managers so often as they used to in history.
The Scotland job is held by a great Scottish manager.
I would prefer to have top Scottish players, than top Scottish managers.
But it would be nice and probably more likely to have both. As great managers will develop great Scottish players.
