Wales should have a seperate cricket side, like Scotland, and Ireland.
I think Wales would have a good cricket team. They could aim to be as good as New Zealand. Also I would want the English to keep allowing Glamorgan in the county championship. Also invite Scotland, and Ireland to have county teams in the county championship, and the other national competitions. This would increase interest in cricket in the Celtic nations. So would grow cricket.
It would be great to have big rivalries in cricket between Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.
