How about a match between the American NCAA Soccer Champions, and the best Scottish university football / soccer side in the Scottish league system?
At present for Scotland that would be the University of Stirling.
The University of Stirling play in the Scottish Lowland League. So are a good side.
Perhaps there could also be a final played between the champions of the NCAA, and Scotland's best soccer side that is representing a university? Like a sort of Super Cup.
