Should we have a European Cup / league for the leading club sides, between the club sides from England, France, Scotland, Ireland and Wales? Maybe even the winners of the USA Women's Premier League could play the champions of the Women's Club Rugby European Cup.
Portugal, Germany, and Italy also have women's rugby union leagues. So their champs could take part.
Perhaps even Southern Hemisphere clubs could play the winner of such a set up in a women's rugby union club cup.

My Views On Scottish And Welsh Rugby Pro And International Sides.
For Wales.
I think Wales have had a good century as an international side, and I think that comes from having the pro regional sides. The pro sides develop the talented Welsh players.
Some people seem to think that the only point in the regional sides, is to win trophies. But I think the main priority is to develop talented Welsh players who can play for the Welsh international side.
Also, every Wales qualified player should be available regardless of which league they play in.
Do not avoid players playing in French or English rugby club sides.
The main priority of the Welsh regions should be to develop a conveyor belt of talent. And it should be looked on as a positive when Welsh players move from the regions to the French or English league as it opens up a new opportunity for a Welsh player in the Welsh region sides.
Also I think Wales should use a London Welsh side to help develop players.
Also keep the Welsh regions in the URC.
And keep having a strong Welsh rugby divisional system.

Use London Scottish to develop players.

I Think Welsh Clubs Playing In The English Leagues Should Be Allowed In UEFA Trophies, Via Participation In The Welsh League Cup.
I have heard of an idea where the Welsh club sides playing in the English leagues, could be allowed to qualify for Europe via the Welsh League Cup, while remaining in the English Leagues. I agree with this idea. I think it would be great for Cardiff City, Swansea City, Wrexham, Newport County, and Merthyr Town, to qualify for Europe. They would probably get decent results. I would still have other Welsh League sides in Europe, also.

There is no way that AI robots in the future will be worse at football than humans.

Welsh - Scottish Football Club Silver Cups.
I think Scottish, and Welsh club sides should play each other more often at competitive club trophies, while keeping their own leagues.
Scottish, and Welsh club sides played each other in the Scottish Challenge Cup for a few years, so cross border games are allowed.
My ideas include;
A. A trophy between the champions of the Scottish Highland League, Scottish Lowland League, Welsh Cymru North, and Welsh Cymru South. Perhaps a four or two team trophy. Either two of the champions or all four champions. The trophy could be played at one of the participating team's stadia.
The one match final ideas include;
B. A Welsh - Scottish Football Club Silver Cup. Contested between the champions of the Cymru Welsh Premier, and the champions of the Scottish second tier Scottish Championship.
This would be a one match final, played at one of the participating teams stadiums. With the host nation changing each season. One match would not be a huge addition to the season.
C. A Scottish - Welsh Football Club Cup Winners Silver Cup. Contested between the winners of the Welsh Cup, and the Scottish lower tier Scottish Challenge Cup.
